📄️ Introduction

As a user of the ePortal, a user can authorise one (or more) person(s) to act on his behalf at the ePortal by procuration.

In order to associate business cases with the procuration registration process, the form must be associated with a service.

It is possible to send the token to someone by e-mail and it is also possible to generate a document containing the token to activate a procuration.

After creating a new procuration invite, a new business case is generated for the principal.

For each message sent during the procuration process,

When a profile (person or organization) receives a message in ePortal, a carbon copy of the message is sent by e-mail to these representatives

The goal of this feature is to introduce an expiration mechanism for base procurations (≠ delegated procurations).
